seestheworldPersona 3 tends to be heavy on suicidal imagery, as well as death in general; the details can be found below the first cut along with some spoilers for Minako's plot arc (spoilers for the game's end get their own cut). Probably the most famous/infamous aspect of Persona 3 as a whole is the method most of the characters use to summon their Personas: shooting themselves in the head with a fake but highly realistic-looking gun, called an Evoker. Minako is no exception to this.
Even without the Evokers, death comes up a lot in the game. Minako has seen a number of people die, up to and including her parents (although there are certain details there that she'd blocked out until relatively recently). Most of these deaths were violent. These might come up in conversation depending on the circumstances, although Minako isn't likely to talk about them right away, if ever; she's not really the sort of character who would want to burden anyone with that sort of thing. If you'd rather I avoid either of these scenarios while threading with you, it's not an issue for me; just drop me a comment and let me know.
Now on to the endgame spoilers. This is another thing that may or may not come up, but I'm listing it just in case:
Minako herself ends up dying by game's end, essentially committing suicide to save humanity from its own despair. Minako has more or less come to terms with this; she wasn't planning to die, but given how much worse the alternative would be, she's okay with it (although she is a little disappointed that despite hanging on until graduation day - presumably by sheer force of will - she was still unable to keep her promise of meeting up with the rest of the team after graduation, missing them by minutes). This isn't the sort of thing she's going to bring up in casual conversation, either, but if it does ever come up, she's apt to be very matter of fact about it, or even try to play it off as a joke because she doesn't want people feeling sad for her. Again, if you'd rather I avoid this in threads with your character(s), please let me know.
